Why does my Iphone se have two phone numbers on my contacts
Why is my mom phone number and my phone number in my contacts and if i change her contacts it changes mine also how do I fix this.

Let's check to see if that behavior might be related to sharing an Apple ID or a third party email account.
So see if both devices are signed into the same Apple ID, you can tap on the name at the top of Settings. From there you'll want to compare the email address listed on that menu. Sharing an Apple ID with someone else could cause your contacts to appear on their device and vice versa. You can also check under the Settings > Contacts > Accounts menu to see if you are syncing your contacts with a third party email account. If that same email account is set up on your mom's phone, that may explain the behavior you are experiencing.
