There’s a pending purchase that’s preventing me from adding a payment method even though I have sufficient funds in my Visa card. I don’t have another payment method. I need that pending purchase to be canceled and removed.

Pending purchases indicate a purchase that was unable to be charged successfully to your valid payment method on file or Apple Account balance, as such you are responsible for that purchase, and must allow it to successfully complete before anything else can be done.
If you can't make purchases or update apps, including free apps, you may need to have a valid payment method on file, even if the app you want to download is free.

FYI: Not all credit & debit cards seem to work with App Store / iTunes Store, try a different one, or preferably a credit card. If your card is not accepted as a paymenf method, you need to contact your bank.

If you have set your Apple Account balance as your default payment method, your default payment method will be used first by Apple when you need to make a payment.
Some purchases might require you to have a credit card on file, even if you use your Apple Account balance to make the purchase.
If you update your payment method or add funds to your Apple Account balance, It would take about 1 to 3 business days in order to process.

I do have a valid payment method but I’m trying to add the same valid Visa debit card to the payment method and it’s responds is that this payment method is declined even thought it’s valid and it has sufficient funds in this Visa card.

I do have a valid payment method but I’m trying to add the same valid Visa debit card to the payment method and it’s responds is that this payment method is declined even thought it’s valid and it has sufficient funds in this Visa card. I can’t complete this transaction unless this pending purchase needs to be canceled and removed from purchase history so I can add the same valid payment method which is my Visa card that has sufficient funds in it to be able to purchase it again. I don’t have another payment method and I don’t use Apple ID balance.
Everything is ok from the bank saying there’s no issue with this Visa card because it’s valid and it has sufficient funds in it. What is the email for apple support so I can report this issue because the bank can’t do much. This is an issue only apple support can fix.
