QuickPath or Swipe Typing on Full Size state Keyboard - iPad

Swipe typing is supported on floating state native iPad keyboard, but not when the default full size keyboard is used. Various answers here suggest using floating keyboard or 3rd party software keyboards are required.

The general environment (Apple and elsewhere) suggests challenges and unexpected behavior as spell checking, word anticipating/suggesting, word completion, grammar-driven and spelling-driven needs are incorporated, as well as behaviors when inserting, deleting, back-space deletion, line and paragraph breaking, multi-stroke letters and symbols and text formatting and editing are considered.

Yet, these challenges persist while other platforms snd dozens of 3rd party keyboards handle these issues directly and successfully. Those of us that use multiple software-only keyboard devices cannot easily switch back to hunt/peck and an outlier of such significant impact on accessibility and usability remains notably unaddressed.

All I want to do is swipe on the full keyboard state of iPad. This basic requirement, if available now, great, how do I set? Reading here and through the often more direct and helpful web outside of Apple I don’t see that this works. For whatever reason Appple downplayed swipe in iPhone for years, possibly because of the various issues above.

As described above, I understand the alternatives, the don’t deliver what I want. I understand many of the complex issues, and notice that Apple has used considerable effort to improve the quality of single-fingered typing; in its current version, and for several previous iterations exceeds accuracy in competing products, including Android phones and tablets; most of my experience has been on Samsung devices where swipe has been available for years on Samsung devices and through Android platform.

I note that users on iPad and iPhone have been advised to reset the device or unistall/reinstall standard querty keyboards, which generally doesn’t solve their typing issues, which are often related to autocorrect of “you” to “your” or similar word to word changes, although some have experienced changes from real words not recognized (by whatever process) to known similarly spelled words, non-learning from rejected words, where repeated rejection of words, through backspace erasure causes the same word to continue to be inserted, and one of the most time and imagination taxing issues, the changing of a word after the word is complete and next word is being typed, apparently caused by a post-facto grammatical or other logic. I’ve experienced all of these roadblocks on iPad and iPhone.

The affects of “smart” typing in text messages is sometimes humorous, but more often bizzare. Whether text mesaging, iMessage, or URL/search input uses the same logic or parameters, I can say if they use and process it differently.

I included the background information to improve understanding of the issues around text input and how complex they can become, and to be clear that the existing workarounds are inadequate.

How can I remove the block of swipe typing using the full (not floating) keyboard on my iPad?
