The Year format (BE vs. US) is wrong on my new precious (iPhone 14 Pro Max)

Hi all I just bought a new flagship phone at IconSiam Apple Store in Thailand and when I got back home the date had changed but not the year part. In Thailand, they live in a different year than I do (ie. 2023 vs. BE 2566).

How do I change the one bit of the data? I've searched everywhere and can't find the tap! thx.
