So FRUSTRATED!!! I’ve had QuickLink for 8 months and was AWESOME till I got a carrier lock from my previous carrier TMobile???
I got them to port the number back and DEFINITELY unlocked! Ordered new sim from QuickLink just to be safe and they said I have an active account and had me do everything I already googled 🙄 then put me on hold and disconnected my call! Any suggestions from anyone please 🙏 I’ve been without a phone for a month

Sorry to hear and I would be very frustrated as well. I'm sure you know that this is a Carrier issue and there is nothing any of us can do to help. I do hope you will get this resolved soon. It is just going to take persistence and probably many phone transfers to different levels of support.
