Issue with Bluetooth on MacBook Air

Recently, I have been experiencing difficulties connecting my Bluetooth devices to my MacBook Air. Despite trying to troubleshoot the issue by resetting the Bluetooth module, restarting my laptop, and even factory resetting my MacBook Air, I am still unable to connect my devices.
I believe that this issue may be related to a software or hardware problem with my MacBook Air.
