Apple iCloud Private Relay is not working on MacOS Ventura but working on iPhone 13

my iCloud Private Relay is turned on in settings and it says its working okay but whenever I do an IP address and port check online it reveals my actual IP address assigned by my home ISP, moreover GeoIP location also reveals my actual Longitude and Latitude. And I'm only using Safari and no other browser. I'm also not using any VPN or proxy configuration and this is concerning to me as I trust Apple to safeguard my online privacy more than any VPN or other privacy safeguarding techs.

What could be the issue here ?

My home ISP is compatible with Apple iCloud Private relay btw.
