How to customise the reply-to email in calendar invites?

I don't want calendar invites to show my apple-id email address to invitees as the reply-to address. Instead I want to use my business contact email. How can I change this?

Whenever I use the “contact us” option on a website, the website’s reply goes to my gmail account (which I don’t use). I’ve stomped around in ipad settings, but can’t find anything.
