No bootcamp control panel in XP. Can't adjust brightness. Help

I never did find out how to get the boot camp control panel.

If you are lucky, it will all work! If this last one "BootCamp.exe" suddenly >reboots your computer before saying that it has completed installing, then try >running it a few more times in the hope that it will start working.
