Could you please elaborate further. Is it a subscription or app? Is this related to a debit/credit card in your Apple Wallet?
You can visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ and authenticate to view all charges made to your Apple ID (which will be billed/charged to the payment method linked to your Apple ID).
