All my items on CSR2 on iOS are gone

I Downloaded the game CSR2 on IOS. this game brought me and my son closer to each other. As we spent thousands of dollars to purchase vehicles! We logged in and everything’s gone. What do we do? All that money and time gone?

Me and my young son Got involved in this great fun game CSR2. It’s a wonderful game I’ve never had any problems with it. The only problem I’ve had is spending so much money because it’s so addictive. So the past five years me and My Son had made quite the collection Of exotic cars, muscle cars, souped up cars, trucks, you name it. Looking at my records I have literally spent close to about $5000 maybe more that I can notice. Which I can’t believe I did but for my son it was worth it. Well we went to login to our game and everything is gone all of our hard work we were on a level I think 110 which takes years and years to do so. We had over 25 garage is full. Each one containing 8 to 10 cars. Which each car if it’s an exotic Ferrari or Bugatti fully upgraded would cost anywhere from $80 to $300. The money is a big deal the time and effort that was put in with my son was priceless. My young son now thinks that I deleted the game that all our memories and time together were worthless. Which breaks of Father’s Heart!!

how can this happen. After spending all that money and all this time. I own those vehicles now I own what level and what time I put into that game so how could everything be gone. How can CSR2 get away with doing this. I am in no means or way a person that has a lot of money. I work paycheck to paycheck. To have spent this money just to have it taken from me is so wrong. I’ve tried contacting CSR2 COMPANY & I’ve tried to ask APPLE for help and either fix my account or refund are money. and NO ONE will help US??!! Even know there is every single receipt and purchase Made on my APPLE SUBSCRIPTIONS??!!

Can someone please help us. We just want our account back and all are hard work😔.. it’s not fair to the consumer to the purchaser and especially to My Son. Thank you all please please give me some good answers so that we can get our account or money back we feel very taken advantage of.
