Mac crashing in business setting

Hello,

I work in a large business that mainly uses Windows machines. We have have a few departments running M1 Max/ Pro 16in MacBook Pros that have crashing issues. While connected to ethernet through a docking station, connected to our server, and having an Adobe or Microsoft program open, the computer will freeze up ad start beach balling. I've noticed my users don't really have these issues while working from home and connected to the VPN. In office i've tried unplugging the ethernet from the docking stations and that seems to resolve the issue while working off of wifi.

Anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this issue?
