where can I download macOS Big Sur 11.7.8?

Apple no longer makes updates available on their website.

11.7.8 is available on Apple menu -> About This Mac -> Software Update or Apple menu -> System Preferences -> Software update.

If your Mac supports Monterey, you may want to look at the process to get it up to Monterey or later.
