I did not receive a shipping label or plastic sleeve. How do I get the label ?

I didn’t get a shipping label for the trade in. How do I get one?

look for the read tag that says “peel here” that is on the original label. After peeling, you will see your package label to send the trade in to.

You should receive a shipping kit - that will include:

• return packaging/shipping container
• a return (shipping paid) return label 
• instruction leaflet

These items will likely be sent to you in a plastic shipping envelope; be sure to check that all items are accounted for before discarding the outer wrapping.

In some regions countries, the return shipping label may be underneath the address label used to send the shipping kit to you.
