Ineligible for refund After requesting a refund twice through Apple’s support website for an app subscription purchase, my request came back negative twice. Although I have had 2 similar situations with other apps like this before. I accidentally forgot to cancel the trial for an app. I’ve now been charged $160. After calling Apple support they could offer me no reasoning to my specific situation and said they wanted to help but couldn’t.. the operator literally mentioned having all the options greyed out on their end, so they weren’t able to override the decision on the refund either. Any help would be appreciated. Surely there is some avenue to have this resolved.
