There is one, specific to your Numbers version, installed on your Mac.
Open Numbers, then click the Help menu shown on the Numbers page.
Click the Numbers Help menu item to open a brief TOC to the left of the menu.
Click the Table of Contents link under Numbers User Guide to open a more complete TOC with access to the entire guide. At the bottom of this page you will see a link to download the guide to your Mac, where you'll be able to consult it without the steps listed above.
