My apple charges are on a credit card that I am canceling. I would like to have my apple charges put on a different card. How do I let you know

Add a payment method to your Apple ID - Apple Support
First add the new card, then delete the former card.
If you do not have an iPhone, iPad, Mac, or PC (with iTunes), then editing your payment method is alternatively also available on the web, but management there is slightly simplified/restricted. Manage your Apple ID - Apple
