Apple’s Worldwide Developers Conference to kick off June 10 at 10 a.m. PDT with Keynote address

The Keynote will be available to stream on apple.com, the Apple Developer app, the Apple TV app, and the Apple YouTube channel. On-demand playback will be available after the conclusion of the stream.

White blobs when streaming

Has anyone been affected by white blobs/interference when streaming videos on the iPad Air? It’s consistent across all different apps/platforms whenever streaming, including during FaceTime video calls (although not visible to the person receiving the call, the white blobs can be seen in the video image on this iPad). Any advice welcome. Software is up to date!

You can easily determine if you have a hardware or software issue. A reliable method to confirm a screen or other hardware fault is to take a screenshot when the fault is evident - and then review the captured screenshot image...

When reviewed, if the screen artefacts are not present in the screenshot image, then you have demonstrated that you have a hardware fault. If not visible in the screenshot, then something other than hardware will be the cause.

Note: In this instance, you may need to review the screenshot on a different device.

If the test indicates that you have a hardware fault, a visit to the Genius Bar at your local Apple Store is recommended - where the technicians will be able to test and assess your iPad. This will likely inform your next steps:
