I‘ve fallen hard 5 times and watch didn’t detect any

Nobody here can answer that.

Per Apple: Apple Watch cannot detect all falls. Your watch might detect high-impact activity as a fall and trigger Fall Detection.

The fall has to be a very hard fall. Concussion or worse, or at least a knock-the-wind-out-of-you hard landing.

The few fall mis-detections I’ve encountered were with power equipment kicking back hard.
