I am currently using iPhone XR with IOS 14.8. I am trying to add funds to my apple ID but I am unable to add payment method.
When I open the page to add payment method, I get a blank screen without any option to add (screenshot attached). I tried using iTunes on my PC as well, but was unable to resolve the issue.
Kindly help.

Start here, check the network connection:
You need to have a good Service and/or Wi-Fi.
If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
Charge the battery > 70%.
If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services
If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services - Apple Support
👉 If you tried all of the above steps and you still can’t connect, contact Apple Support.
