13pro after iOS update does not recognized the sim card
after 16.5.1 update the phone can not recognize the sim card. tried with eSim card too, nothing changed. Cellular seetings are checked and are OK.
pls advise what to do.

No error message. when tried to add eSIM, it is just peding and nothing happens. Original SIM is disabled and out of the phone
