Location Sharing Not Visible

I’m trying to share my location with a friend. I have everything set up on my end and it says I’m sharing my location. However, she can’t see my location on her phone. Any suggestions?

Thank you. I had checked all that but had to dig deep into the system preferences portion in Settings to turn it on. Everything looked good in Find My, and location, but the System Preference was off.
