Apple Card Payment Plans
Why does Apple support state that you "may" be eligible for payment plans, when it is ONLY military or their dependants? Figured they should make that clear?

I agree, however, Apple Support Community is a user to user community/forum. While Apple hosts the community neither Apple or Goldman Sachs Bank is not actively monitoring the posts. I understand and appreciate the confusion over the choice of words in the statement Goldman Sachs has made. Goldman Sachs did offer additional support/help during COVID and that period has passed. I’m sorry. But please understand everyone responding/replying here is a fellow user, like you, just trying to help.
Please contact both Apple and Goldman Sachs Bank with your feedback on this issue. Apple hosts this community, but neither Apple or Goldman Sachs actively monitors this community/forum.

So, my understanding is you’re having issues because the article says >may< and doesn’t say military only? If so, you can provide feedback to both Apple and Goldman Sachs. They welcome your feedback but regret they cannot respond to individually.

This issue was brought to my attention after I sought help from first Apple and then a Goldman Sachs' supervisor. All saying there is no financial assistance unless you are military.

I’m very sorry for the experience and lack of explanation that is being offered. But, again, what kind of account are you having issues with, Apple Card MasterCard, Apple Cash or Apple ID account?

Apple Mastercard my friend. I continued asking if there is literally any plan they could offer and the answer was no all around.
