installation copy corruption ventura
I have repeated installation errors whilst upgrading from Mojave to Ventura. Get a corrupt installation copy message. Have tried everything including trying to upload in safe mode

I am going to guess that you are downloading via Wi-Fi. It's too slow for these very large files and corruption occurs. First choice is download via a wired Ethernet connection or do multiple Wi-Fi downloads until you get a good that will install. Using the Safe mode is not likely to address the real issue which is data corruption.
