Nor should it. You’re on 16.4 or later. Profiles stopped being used for the developer beta. See the yellow highlight below. Then see either the red highlight (wait for the next version from Apple) or the green highlight (factory reset and restore your backup).

If you have no pre-beta backups, your data is now fully committed to the beta.

And to reiterate a comment I’ve made before, do not run a beta on any device you need to work, or with any data you need to be available and consistent, nor with any Apple ID and its iCloud data that you need available and consistent. I usually go further, and recommend wiping a device or a Mac that has has beta installed at the end of the beta too, and loading the released version without a restore.
