USB-C Digital AV Adapter not working with IPad Pro 11inc 2021

I have an IPad pro 2021 11inc model and it is having issues with the USB-C Digital AV Adapter (bought it from apple.ca) when I am using it with Elgato HD60 X and mirroring the screen in OBS Studio. It will keep disconnecting with the error "no signal" every few minutes and then I will have to unplug and plug again, restart OBS, restart IPad or restart the PC. Still, it will work sometimes and sometimes it stays on the same error screen "no signal".
