Connect public wifi issue.

When connecting to public Wi-Fi networks, there is usually a window that pops up, requesting certain information to log in.

However, my Macbook m1 is currently able to connect to Wi-Fi but the login prompt does not appear, preventing me from accessing the internet.

Please guide me on how to resolve this issue.
