(Apple self-service repair tooling and parts are available for iPhone 12 and newer.)

Given iPhone 6 Plus support is forever limited to iOS 12, and given major apps are now requiring iPhone 6s or newer, and given iOS 17 is now in testing, I’d consider spending the repair money on a newer (used, refurb) or new iPhone.

Not on a less-than-fully-functional iPhone 6 Plus.

You can't, Apple does not sell their parts. You could take it to a Genius Bar and see if they can replace it but honestly, it's not going to be worth the cost of repair on a phone that old.
