Video plays back Fast Forward

I made two videos, back to back, of an open house using my iphone 12. The first played back perfectly including audio. The 2nd one played back in fast forward mo sufio. What happened ?

Videos imported form iP-13 pro to Windows viewer editor stutter and strobe since iOS 17.4.1 update Ever since the 17.4.1 update, any iPhone videos I import to windows stutter and strobe. The audio is fine. Vidoes I imported before the update still play fine in Windows and they all play fine on the iPhone. Videos shot on an iPhone appear overexposed in iPads I said it all above, but videos shot on an iPhone appear overexposed on iPad. I encounter this issue when friends text me videos (most often in group chats, with no android). I believe the problem might have to do with iPhones recording in hdr but my iPad not supporting it. Does anybody know how to fix? The recording device is an iPhone 14 Pro Max, recording 4k 30fps, and the file format is HEVC. It’s also Dolby Vision, and when I try to edit it, it says the file format is unsupported.
