Overdrawn account not allowing updates

Hello, I have a negative balance on my account. I am also negative in my bank account that connected to my apple account. I’m unemployed at the moment with no income so I’m not able to pay that balance anytime soon. I can’t update apps or even download apps with a valid form or payment which like I said I just don’t have the funds to pay. Would there be any way we could waive that negative balance until I am able to pay? I need to update a lot of apps that I need and use many time a day. I’m just wondering if there would be a way you could help on that.
