Request for Refund Payment.

Respected APPLE

i am Muhammad A.

I have taken 50 GB space separately for each month, which is deducted payment from my account at 3.69 UAE Dirhams every month.

This time there was a problem that the account I had registered in the payment method where the money was being deducted every month, that bank was closed due to some issue.

After adding the account and applying for payment, I got a message that 259.99 has been deducted from my account for some application ***** SPEAK AND TRANSLATE App*****

which Is only installed in my phone like other apps but the money was deducted from my bank account which I neither bought nor used, then why was the payment deducted from my bank account?

I had added the account so that my monthly payment AED 3.69 would be deducted but it will be 259.99.

Well, please refund my 259.99 AED payment.

i am really thankful you in this regards.

Thanks

Muhammad A.

If you got an email receipt, use the 'Report a Problem' link in it. Otherwise, click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.

Some apps have "in-app purchases" – meaning that when you run them, they may try to get you to spend real money. It sounds like this "SPEAK AND TRANSLATE" app is one, and you may have selected something in it to sign up for a subscription with recurring 259.99 AED payments.

You need to contact the App Store and/or the app vendor.

In the U.S., if someone makes an unauthorized charge against your credit card, you can dispute the charge. The bank will investigate, and if they agree with you, will reverse the charge. However, I believe they can require you to try to settle the dispute with the vendor first. I do not know what analogous consumer protection laws, if any, you might have in your country.
