Can I merge two Apple IDs?
I have accidentally made two apple accounts. How do I merge both accounts so that I only have one.

It is not possible to merge two accounts. Choose the one with the most purchases (or most expenditures), make that your account, then repurchase any content made with the other.
If you have synced to iCloud in either or both, you can merge the synced data by syncing data from one account to your phone, then logging out of that account, keeping data already on the phone (you will be prompted). Then log in to the other account and turn on the sync switches for all of the data you want to sync (in Settings/[your name]/iCloud).
