If your started your Hulu plan in the Hulu app on an Apple device, then the subscription is on your Apple ID account. This subscription is valid in the Hulu app on any of your Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch, Apple TV box). It is not valid on third party devices or on the web. On Apple devices, it wouldn’t need signing in with an account (but may need Restore Purchases on secondary devices).

Normally Apple hides user information from content providers by using a Subscriber ID behind the scenes. However, select third party content providers may offer procedures to ‘confirm’ Apple accounts, so that an account can be used outside the app on Apple devices. Ask their Support staff for possibilities.

If you want the subscription to be available on other platforms as well, then you may be better off canceling the subscription through Apple, and re-subscribing with Hulu directly instead. Then you can sign in everywhere using an account specifically for this service.
