On iPhone:
- Open Settings
- Scroll down and tap on Privacy & Security
- Scroll down and tap on Safety Check
How Safety Check on iPhone works to keep you safe - Apple Support
You can see how all your data is being shared with other people and apps. I will tell you that you explicitly have to grant these apps access before they can access your data. By default, they cannot access anything.
