iMovie to desktop

How can I move a 15min movie from iMovie to my desktop?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 10.15

Share the project to your desktop as a Movie file. To do that, from your project screen click on the little box with the upward pointing arrow located at the top right of the screen.



A share (export) box will appear. Click on the Export File icon.



In the ensuing boxes that appear, select your quality settings, and then choose your desktop as the destination.

Then click Save, and the project will be exported as a movie to your desktop.
