9-days ive been lam locked out iohone 11 pro max and time is at 6.5 hours now

its been 9-days w/o being able to use my only sercuity code for 3-years on iPhone 11 Pro Max and I’m NOT getting anything at bottom right corner to reset phone!! I cannot log onto other apps w/o that phone I was hacked 9-nights ago can anyone help me, PLEASE❓‼️ I didn’t go on vacation today bc of this❗️
