My diction search and global keyboard buttons are cut of my phone screen and i can’t access them the rest of my keyboard works fine but it’s just that.

Does this not apply to full screen zoom?
For me its just my emoji keyboard that is cut off so i’m unable to access it

Looks like Zoom is ON?
Try this -> Tap with your three fingers on the screen and slide the screen until you can tap Settings and further.
Then go to Settings -> Accessibility -> Zoom -> turn it Off.
This works for me:
Double-Tap the zoomed screen with 3 fingers
You may need to try varying the speed of the double-tap to nail it.
