i can’t download Facebook because of my iPhone version was 12.5.6?while Facebook version required 13.0 version

Your iPhone 6 can not go higher than iOS 12.5.7. You cannot install Facebook on your phone.
Time to buy a newer phone capable of running a higher iOS.
