Dropped Watch

Hi guys, I dropped my Watch SE today whilst putting on a screen protector. Talk about unlucky huh? The damage is minor, see attached photo with rings highlighting damage. You may have to zoom in. I have Apple Care+ including accidental protection and Apple have confirmed this would be covered, but I am looking for advice over whether you guys would bother as the damage is so minor? Cheers! Also, do you think I should go into the store for them to check it over? It seems to be working absolutely fine!

As long as you have the coverage and taking it to a Genius Bar isn't a great effort, I would have it inspected for any internal damage. They could tell you for sure if this minor cosmetic damage merits a replacement watch.

Remember, the warranty doesn't provide you with a new watch and Apple doesn't repair watches, you will be given a remanufactured watch of the same model.

Thank you, as it all works fine and was a minor drop with minor damage I think I will just leave it.
