If you are unable to delete saved passwords on your iPhone, you can try the following troubleshooting steps:

  1. Check iCloud Keychain Sync: If you have iCloud Keychain enabled, your saved passwords may be syncing across your Apple devices. Make sure that you're signed in to the same iCloud account on all devices and that iCloud Keychain is turned on. Changes made on one device may take some time to sync to others.
  2. Clear Website Data: Sometimes, saved passwords can be associated with website data stored on your iPhone. Clearing website data can help remove any stored passwords along with other browsing data. Go to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data. Confirm the action and note that this will also clear your browsing history and cookies.
  3. Disable Autofill: If you're using autofill to automatically enter passwords on websites and apps, disabling this feature may help in removing saved passwords. Go to Settings > Passwords > AutoFill Passwords and toggle off "AutoFill Passwords."
  4. Reset All Settings: Resetting all settings can sometimes resolve issues related to saved passwords. Note that this will reset all personalized settings to their default values, but it won't erase your data. Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings and confirm the action. Afterward, you'll need to reconfigure any customized settings.
  5. Sign out of iCloud and Apple ID: Temporarily signing out of your iCloud and Apple ID accounts on your iPhone and signing back in may help refresh the saved passwords. Go to Settings > [your name] (at the top) > Sign Out. Enter your Apple ID password and follow the prompts. Once signed out, sign back in using your Apple ID and password.
  6. Update iOS: Ensure that your iPhone is running the latest version of iOS. Apple periodically releases updates that can include bug fixes and improvements. Go to Settings > General > Software Update to check for any available updates. If an update is available, download and install it.

If you've tried the above steps and are still unable to delete saved passwords, it's recommended to contact Apple Support for further assistance. They can provide specific guidance based on your device model and iOS version, and help troubleshoot the issue in more detail.
