Hi All- My MacBook Pro has a Graphics Card with the following- Intel Iris Plus Graphics 1536 MB
For all the new AI features in Lightroom/Adobe Systems, I need at least 2 GB.
Is there an egpu that I could purchase that would allow me to run what I need, or is the only solution an upgrade?

I you go outside these recommendations with "just any old eGPU" that is not within Apple incaration of eGPU support, you may have far more trouble getting this to work.
