Locked checkbox greyed out in App Locker app

I tried removing it through File < get info < Locked but it was greyed out. I don't have any permission to remove it.

I even tried unlocking and deleting it from the Terminal using the command:-

but it didn't work out!

I also tried it using the Activity Monitor app but every time I try to remove it, it just pops back immediately

Anybody who can help me resolve this problem???

The chflags no/uchg flag is a user level flag and won't work on an application bundle protected with a system level lock (no/schg) which is indicated by a grayed out Get Info Lock. As this is the first I have seen a Mac App Store application protected in this manner, the developer may have not wanted a user to change the application contents, or confused about the protections in the operating system.

Just what this app can do from a protection standpoint that is not already in the operating system is puzzling.

You can try:

sudo chflags -R noschg /Applications/AppLocker.app

but personally, I would not use this app for anything.
