Miniclip deleted my guest account

I had a Miniclip 8 ball guest account for a while. I had accumulated a 95 rank. Also I had already accumulated a cumulative 1.65 billion. All of a sudden yesterday when I returned to my game, it wanted my to start again as a beginner. I definitely was not anything that I did to cause that to happen. I want it all back. Finally, my weekly total at the time was 385 million. On than guest account, I had already spent a total of about $100 plus on this guest account. Please help me get everything returned. Thanks.
