iPhone 13 flashlight and camera not working on lock screen. Both were working prior to iOS16.5 update. Tried removing and re-adding thru Control Panel and did both restart and power down/restart. Nothing has worked yet.

What actually happens when you swipe left on your screen? Does the camera not open at all, or it opens, but you can't take photos?
Also, since your iPhone 13 has Face ID, what happens when you swipe down from the top-right corner and open Control Center? Does it not open, or does it open, but you can't tap the Flashlight to turn it on? Access features from the iPhone Lock Screen - Apple Support
