Why can’t my son access the family share

I have the family share plan. My son’s account is not re of using and using the shared storage. He accepted the invite and there are less than 5 members sharing plan.

Thanks for posting here in Apple Support Communications. It appears that your son was able to join the Family Sharing group but is unable to use iCloud+. If this is correct, then you'll want to make sure that the iOS is updated on his device first. You can verify this in Settings > General > Software Update. Then please follow the steps below as it may help to address the issue you're facing: Share iCloud+ with your family - Apple Support
