GarageBand with Yamaha THR10II Audio Interface

Greetings! I am currently using a Yamaha THR10II with my MacBook Pro using GarageBand. While GarageBand is able to detect the THR, the audio output is hardly audible no matter the volume settings on both the THR and my computer. Additionally, the record volume level setting in GarageBand is currently disabled. As a beginner, I would greatly appreciate any guidance or assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you.
