Can I save an iPhone call?

You cannot download and save the call, to my knowledge. If you recorded the phone call that'd be different. If there was a voicemail you can download these and save them to Voice Memos.

1. Tap on the voicemail so that it opens the record and shows the transcript
2. Tap on the Share icon

Tap on whatever share method you'd like. I personally alway do Voice Memos as stated above.

No, recording calls is not an iOS feature; it would violate the law in may states and countries, so Apple plays it safe by not providing that capability. There are 3rd party apps and services that can record calls.
