It may be worth going through Safety Check under Privacy & Security within the Settings app. Revoke access to people and apps that have permissions to certain documents / iOS features you no longer want them to have. Step 3 will be the most interesting. This is where you can see all devices logged into your Apple ID. Please select any and all devices you do not recognize and remove them. This will log them out of your Apple ID.


I'd also recommend changing your Apple ID password and device passcodes.
