Can a slightly computer dummy at times be able to recover their icloud data

and where can i find the simplest instructions please?

I have been without my icloud access for at least 2 months and its very frustrating

In the meantime, i had to establish a second icloud account and new password for 2nd account, however, i presently have no access to my first icloud account.

All of my contacts, photos, emails and text messages are still floating in electronic space!!!

Can anyone offer soe suggestions, besides traveling to Main hub in Tampa florida, and i did that....didnt work.
