My Mac M1 has 437.39 GB available of 494.38 GB and 8GB ram CleanMy Mac app always saying Ram is full should I delete this app? My old Mac 2013 had same 500GB and 8GB ram never a problem. Totally not happy with this M1 chip and Ventura. Any thoughts? as to what to do have checked Activity Monitor for possible apps taking all but nothing to evident?

Remove Clean My Mac. It's a garbage product. Remove it and ignore it.
macOS fills all available RAM as much as possible. empty RAM is unused RAM. There is nothing wrong with having your RAM be full.
Perhaps if you explain why you are not happy, beyond what Clean My Mac is telling you, someone can help you resolve it.
I would suggest you run an Etrecheck report so we may see the actual state of your Mac.

Yes! CMM is basically malware in my book often doing far more harm than good, if it even does any good at all.
What exactly are the problems you're experiencing other the bad data from CMM?
What does Activity Monitor say about memory pressure (when you are running normal workloads)?
is the graph green, yellow, or red?
